Rates

As a voiceover artist, my base session fee (BSF) is £250 per hour. This covers the time spent recording your project, and usage fees will be calculated based on the specific requirements of the project. Below, I’ve outlined a rough structure of my rates, but if you’re ever unsure about how to calculate your project’s costs, I’m more than happy to discuss your needs and negotiate a fair solution that works for both of us.

Payment

Payment must be made within at least 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Payment Types accepted are Bank Transfer (wire), Wise & Paypal.

Commercials (TV):

For TV commercials, my BSF of £250 will be multiplied by the usage fee based on the length of time the commercial will run. Typically, this is calculated at 400% for a 1-year usage period. Any usage beyond 1 year will incur an additional charge based on the duration and the scale of the campaign.

Corporates (Internal):

For corporate work that is strictly internal (not for public viewing), my BSF of £250 will apply without any additional usage fees.

Online Media (Social Media, YouTube, etc.):

For online content, such as social media ads (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) or YouTube videos, the BSF is multiplied by the usage fee depending on the expected duration of the content’s life and the platform it will be featured on. Typically, this is calculated at 400% on the basis of a 1-year usage period.

IVRs (Interactive Voice Response):

IVR recordings are priced at £10 per 50 words, as these are typically shorter, script-based recordings.

Radio Ads:

For radio ads, my rate is £30 per ad, multiplied by the number of radio stations the ad will be aired on.

Please keep in mind, that the rates provided above is a rough guidance, so If you’re unsure about any aspect of these rates, or if your project doesn’t quite fit within the outlined categories, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We can discuss your project in more detail and try to work out a rate that suits both parties.
